What the price includes
- Stage 1 and stage 2 certification audit
- Certification decision and certificate for each standard
- Two surveillance audits, one in each of years two and three
- The annual certification fee in years two and three
- Recertification audit before your certificate expires
There is no application fee. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless shown otherwise. Travel is charged at cost and estimated in your quote.
How the price is worked out
Audit time is set by the rules in the scheme standards: ISO/IEC 27006-1 for ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42006 for ISO/IEC 42001 and IAF MD 5 for ISO 9001. Your headcount, sites and complexity set the audit time, and the audit time sets the price. We never cut audit time to reach a price. When standards are audited together as one integrated system, the combined audit can cost less, as IAF MD 11 allows.
Is the estimate my final price?
Not yet. The estimate uses your answers as given. We confirm your scope, then send one fixed price for the full three-year cycle in writing. That price changes only if your scope changes, or if a major nonconformity needs a return visit, as set out in our commitments.
