What you can hold us to.

Will the price change after the quote?

No. Before you sign, you receive one figure for the full three-year cycle: application review, stage 1 and stage 2, two surveillance audits, recertification, certification decisions, certificates and annual fees. Travel outside metropolitan Melbourne is charged at cost and estimated in the quote.

The figure changes only if your scope changes, or if a major nonconformity needs a return visit to verify. Both are priced in your proposal before you sign.

Audit time comes from the rules in the scheme standards (ISO/IEC 27006-1, ISO/IEC 42006 and IAF MD 5), applied to your headcount, sites and complexity. We show you the calculation. We never reduce audit time to reach a price, because an audit that is too short cannot support a defensible certificate.

How long will we wait for a report and a certificate?

Your audit report arrives within 10 business days of the closing meeting. Once any nonconformities are closed, a reviewer who took no part in the audit makes the certification decision within 15 business days, and your certificate is issued the same day.

Surveillance and recertification dates for the whole cycle are booked when you sign, well ahead of each due date, so your certificate is never put at risk by our scheduling.

Who do we talk to?

One named contact for the whole cycle, with a direct phone number and a reply within one business day. Before each audit you receive the plan, the people involved and the information we need, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Whether an audit is on-site or remote is decided by your scope and risk and stated in the audit plan. It is not chosen for our convenience.

Can you certify ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 27701?

Yes. Both sit in our scope alongside ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001. If you already hold ISO/IEC 27001, the new standard can be audited with your existing system in one integrated audit, where your scopes and management system support it, by an audit team that meets the competence requirements of each standard.

What we will not do

We do not help you build or fix your management system. We certify; we do not consult, and we do not recommend consultants.

We do not reduce audit time to win work.

We do not promise certification before the audit. The outcome depends on the evidence.

We do not charge a fee that was not in your proposal or agreement.
